Welcome to Zusei. By accessing our platform, downloading our applications, or standing in front of an Omniscanner at a physical venue, you are entering into a binding agreement. However, unlike the legacy platforms of the old internet, this agreement is not designed to harvest your attention and sell it to third-party advertisers.
This Terms of Service document is the foundational covenant of our ecosystem. It dictates the rules of engagement for a network built entirely around authentic physical action. Our ultimate mission is to help you rediscover reality. By participating in the Zusei network, you agree to prioritize physical attendance, respect the integrity of the communities you interact with, and adhere strictly to the cryptographic and physical boundaries we have established.
The Zusei ecosystem is a complex, multi-sided marketplace consisting of Pioneers (Users) and Vendors (Event Organizers and Merchants). Because our platform directly manipulates physical foot traffic, processes financial escrow, and verifies identity, these rules are aggressively enforced. Any attempt to subvert, spoof, or manipulate the Proof of Presence engine will result in permanent expulsion from the network.
Section 1: Identity Sovereignty and Single Device Enforcement
Your Zusei account is your immutable passport to the physical world. It houses your digital assets, your cryptographic event passes, your earned ZP (Zusei Points), and the entire history of your physical footprint. Because of the immense value tied to your identity, account sharing is strictly prohibited and technically blocked.
Single Device Architecture: Zusei employs a rigid Single Device Enforcement mechanism. You are granted one active session per account. If you attempt to log into your account on a secondary device, your primary session will be violently and instantly terminated. This is to prevent ticket duplication and ensure that the person holding the ticket at the door is the biological owner of the account.
Biometric Pledges: For enhanced security, users may opt-in to WebAuthn biometric binding (FaceID or Fingerprint). By utilizing these features, you agree that your device's hardware enclave acts as the final arbiter of your identity.
Web3 Wallet Binding: If you choose to link a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom) to your Zusei profile to unlock token-gated IRL experiences, you acknowledge that you maintain sole responsibility for the private keys to that wallet. Zusei does not have custody of your digital assets. If you lose your keys, Zusei cannot recover any on-chain assets or decentralized footprint ledgers associated with that specific wallet address.
Section 2: Vendor Obligations and B2B Infrastructure
For the brands, creators, and event promoters operating the backend, Zusei provides an unparalleled suite of tools. By utilizing our B2B Event Command Center, Vendors agree to maintain absolute accuracy and transparency regarding the physical spaces they control.
Accuracy of Reality: If you create a Node or an Event listing on the Zusei map, you are legally bound to ensure that the geospatial coordinates, operating hours, and entry requirements are 100% accurate. Creating "Ghost Nodes" to farm digital engagement, or misrepresenting the nature of an event, constitutes severe platform abuse.
Escrow Liquidity: Vendors utilizing the check-in bounty system must maintain sufficient ZP liquidity in their Merchant Treasury. Attempting to promise attendees a ZP reward for arriving at a venue without the actual funds to clear the escrow lock will result in immediate suspension of your merchant capabilities.
The Omniscanner Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for the smooth operation of their thresholds. You must ensure your door staff is properly trained on the Omniscanner interface. Zusei provides the cryptographic validation, but the physical safety and crowd control of the venue remains the sole legal responsibility of the organizing entity.
Section 3: Intellectual Property, Media, and Content Distribution
Zusei allows users and vendors to upload high-fidelity media to customize their digital billboards. We operate a highly optimized media delivery pipeline, and we have strict rules regarding the content that passes through it.
Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the flyers, promotional videos, and profile images you upload to the platform. However, by uploading them to Zusei, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that media across our network and interactive maps.
The "Zusei-Media" Infrastructure: All images and assets uploaded to our platform are heavily sanitized to strip malicious payloads before being synced to our centralized data center. Do not attempt to upload corrupted files, illegal imagery, or explicit material. Our automated moderation engines constantly scan the image storage paths; any violation will result in the automated deletion of the asset and a potential shadowban on your account.
Brand Assets: You may not use the Zusei logo, typography, or intellectual property on external promotional material without strictly adhering to our Brand Assets & Media Kit guidelines.
Section 4: Operational Costs and AI Integrations
Zusei is aggressively expanding its capabilities, including the integration of intelligent agentic features designed to orchestrate event logistics and predict attendance telemetry.
Vendors utilizing our advanced AI tools within the B2B Event Command Center acknowledge that certain automated functions may incur dynamic operational costs. Features driven by our internal intelligence engines are subject to algorithmic cost structures based on computational load and network demand. Vendors agree to review all associated execution costs before deploying automated event management routines.
Section 5: The Roadmap to Decentralization
Zusei is a living, evolving ecosystem. While we currently operate on a high-speed, centralized database structure to ensure zero-latency scans at the door, our roadmap points toward profound decentralization. In the coming years, as we expand into international markets and execute our transition toward mesh networking infrastructures, the terms of our data custody and node operation will evolve.
By joining Zusei today, you acknowledge that our architecture will shift, bringing deeper Web3 integrations, localized physical mesh nodes, and further autonomy to our verified user base.
Section 6: Limitation of Liability
Zusei provides the map, the ticketing engine, and the cryptographic validation. We do not own the venues, pour the drinks, or manage the security guards. Therefore, Zusei assumes zero liability for any physical injury, property damage, or legal infractions that occur at a physical Node or Event listed on our platform.
Your physical safety in the real world is your responsibility and the responsibility of the event organizer.
