Zusei is not a passive digital utility; it is a cultural engine. We built this ecosystem to pull people off their couches, out of their digital echo chambers, and into the physical world. The magic of Zusei relies entirely on the authenticity of the people using it. If the data on our map is fake, the ecosystem collapses. If the reviews are botted, trust dissolves. If the physical venues are unsafe, the culture dies.
To maintain the absolute highest caliber of physical interaction, we have established these Community Guidelines. These are not suggestions. They are the strict parameters of acceptable behavior on our network.
By creating an account, you agree to uphold the integrity of the map.
1. Zero Tolerance for Geospatial Spoofing
Our entire system relies on the unbreakable truth of Proof of Presence.
The Rule: You must be physically standing at the correct coordinates to claim a scan, earn a bounty, or leave a review.
The Violation: Attempting to use GPS spoofing software, VPN routing, or location-masking tools to trick the Zusei engine into believing you are standing outside a Tokyo retail node while you are actually sitting in a basement in London is a severe violation.
The Consequence: Our backend telemetry engines are designed to detect impossible travel speeds and synthetic geospatial pings. If caught spoofing, your entire footprint ledger will be wiped, your ZP balance will be seized, and your hardware will be permanently banned from the network.
2. The Integrity of the Review Ledger
Zusei solved the fake review problem by requiring physical scans before a user can speak. Do not abuse this privilege.
The Rule: When you leave a review on a Node or an Event, it must be an honest, constructive reflection of your actual physical experience at that location.
The Violation: Using the review terminal to post hate speech, dox an organizer, spam repetitive text, or coordinate a malicious review-bombing campaign against a rival promoter.
The Consequence: Your reviews will be purged, and your right to submit future feedback will be permanently revoked.
3. Respecting the Physical Node
Zusei is the bridge, but the physical venues are the destination.
The Rule: When you utilize Zusei to discover an underground event, a secret speakeasy, or a luxury boutique, you are an ambassador of our network. You must respect the physical property, the door staff wielding the Omniscanner, and the surrounding neighborhood.
The Violation: Engaging in violence, property destruction, or severe harassment at a location you discovered through our map. Organizers have the ability to flag dangerous attendees directly in the B2B Event Command Center.
The Consequence: If a verified Vendor flags your profile for a severe real-world violation, Zusei Team will investigate. Being a bad actor in the real world will result in your digital Zusei passport being revoked, cutting you off from the culture permanently.
4. Vendor Truth and Accountability
The burden of authenticity falls heaviest on the creators.
The Rule: Vendors must accurately represent their events, honor the Smart Vouchers they distribute, and deliver the check-in rewards they promise.
The Violation: Uploading stolen flyer artwork, misleading attendees about the location or lineup of an event, or aggressively altering the ZP ticket price mid-launch to scalp your own community.
The Consequence: Zusei acts as a ruthless filter for bad promoters. Vendors who consistently deceive the community will face Escrow freezes, listing purges, and the total loss of their Merchant status.
