The Evolution of Access
For decades, the ticketing industry has been broken. You are probably used to clunky interfaces, exorbitant hidden fees, rampant scalping, and the anxiety of wondering if the PDF ticket you bought on a secondary market is actually real. Zusei was engineered from the ground up to dismantle this outdated infrastructure. We believe that access to culture, nightlife, and community activations should be seamless, equitable, and completely transparent.
When you purchase a ticket or RSVP to an event on Zusei, you are not just buying a barcode. You are executing a secure, cryptographic handshake directly with the event organizer. Our ecosystem eliminates the middleman, ensuring that your transaction is locked into our decentralized-inspired ledger. Whether you are claiming a free RSVP for a local community meetup, burning your earned ZP (Zusei Points) for an underground warehouse rave, or utilizing a Web3 token for a VIP streetwear drop, the process is streamlined to get you off your screen and into the venue.
Here is the definitive guide on how to navigate the Zusei ticketing engine.
Step 1: Discovering the Event
Events on Zusei are time-locked, highly curated physical activations. You might discover an event through a direct link shared by a promoter, by browsing the interactive map on a merchant's Public Profile, or through an exclusive token-gated drop announced in a Web3 community.
When you land on a Zusei Event page, you will instantly notice the difference. The heavy, distracting navigation menus of the old internet are gone. Instead, you are greeted with edge-to-edge flyer artwork, verified venue details, and our signature Floating Action Pill anchored to the bottom of your screen. This pill is your gateway.
Depending on the state of the event, this dynamic button will display different messages:
"Sign in to Get Tickets": If you are browsing as a guest, Zusei requires you to authenticate. We do not allow anonymous, bot-driven ticket hoarding.
"Event Ended": If the real-world timeline has passed, the system locks the ledger.
"Get Tickets": The green light. The event is active, and the door is open for registration.
Step 2: Selecting Your Tier
Upon clicking the floating action pill, the Zusei interface summons the Ticket Selection Modal. Organizers have absolute control over their door, which means they can structure their event in multiple ways.
As a Pioneer, you will be presented with a list of available tiers. This could range from a simple "General Admission (Free)" option to complex, multi-tiered structures like "Early Bird," "VIP Backstage," or "Web3 Holder Exclusive."
Understanding Tier Statuses:
Available: The tier has capacity, and you can secure your spot immediately.
Needs Approval: Some organizers curate their rooms meticulously. If a tier requires approval, your RSVP will go into a "Pending" state. You will not be charged, and a ticket will not be issued until the organizer manually reviews and approves your profile. Make sure your Zusei bio and linked social accounts accurately reflect your identity to increase your chances of approval.
Waitlist Full: Zusei features an automated waitlist engine. If a highly anticipated event hits capacity, the tier will shift to a waitlist status. If an existing attendee cancels or is rejected, the system automatically shuffles the next Pioneer in line into the active roster.
Step 3: Applying Vouchers and Promo Codes
If you have a promo code from a brand or an affiliate, the checkout modal is where you deploy it.
Above the ticket tiers, you will see a prominent field to enter your code. Zusei's smart voucher system is highly advanced. When you hit "Apply," the system instantly verifies the code against the organizer's parameters. Vouchers can offer percentage-based discounts (e.g., 50% off) or fixed waivers (e.g., 500 ZP off). They can also be restricted to specific tiers, limited by a maximum number of total uses, or time-locked to expire at midnight.
If your code is authentic, the UI will dramatically update in real-time. The original prices will be struck through, and your new discounted rates will illuminate in bright green, confirming your successful application.
Step 4: The Payment Gateway (Fiat vs. ZP)
Zusei treats your digital footprint as liquid capital. When it comes time to pay, you will notice that prices are often listed in ZP (Zusei Points), complete with an approximate fiat equivalent (e.g., USD) for easy translation.
Paying with ZP: If you have been actively exploring the city—scanning into verified retail Nodes, earning bounties, and building your footprint—you can use your accumulated ZP to buy tickets directly. This is the ultimate subculture hack: your everyday physical engagement pays for your weekend access. If the ticket costs 1,000 ZP and you have the balance, the transaction clears instantly.
Insufficient Funds: If you do not have enough ZP to cover the cost of the ticket, the system will temporarily halt the transaction. You will be prompted to top up your Zusei wallet using traditional fiat payment gateways (like credit cards or Apple Pay). Once your wallet is recharged, the transaction will proceed.
Step 5: The Escrow Protection Engine
This is where Zusei permanently separates itself from legacy platforms. When you RSVP and transfer your ZP, your funds do not just disappear into the void.
Every ticket purchase on Zusei is protected by our automated Escrow Engine. If the ticket includes a "Check-in Reward" (for example, the organizer promises to give you 500 ZP when you arrive at the venue), the Zusei system instantly locks those funds from the merchant’s treasury. If the merchant’s wallet does not hold enough ZP to cover your promised arrival bounty, the system will block the ticket sale entirely, protecting you from false promises.
Furthermore, your ticket purchase is logged into the participation ledger. If you have a linked Web3 wallet, this transaction can even be mirrored on-chain, providing an immutable record of your reservation.
Step 6: Confirmation and Next Steps
Once the transaction clears, the Ticket Modal will close, and the Floating Action Pill at the bottom of your screen will dynamically transform into a holographic, pulsing button that reads "Verify Access at Door."
You are now officially on the roster. You will receive an alert in your personal dashboard confirming the reservation. Your spot is locked, your funds are secured, and the only thing left to do is show up.
The anxiety of the secondary market is dead; you have cryptographic proof that your name is on the list. Get ready to rediscover reality.
