The door is the most important element of any physical activation. A free-for-all door breeds chaos, dilutes the culture, and strips the event of its perceived value. A highly curated, structured door breeds desire, exclusivity, and safety. In the traditional event industry, organizers rely on VIP lists scribbled on clipboards, chaotic group chats, and secondary ticketing sites that scalp their own users.

Step 1: The Tier Architecture

When you create an Event listing, the Zusei Editor unlocks the Ticketing Matrix. You are not limited to a single "General Admission" button. You can build a multi-layered hierarchy of access.

Adding Tiers: You can dynamically add as many ticket tiers as your event requires. A standard high-end warehouse event might look like this:

  1. Tier 1: Early Bird (Low Price, Low Capacity)

  2. Tier 2: General Admission (Standard Price, High Capacity)

  3. Tier 3: VIP Backstage (High Price, Extreme Scarcity)

  4. Tier 4: Web3 Holder Access (Free, but gated behind a Smart Voucher or Wallet link)

For each tier, you will define three critical parameters: The Name, The Price, and The Capacity.

Step 2: The Economics of ZP Pricing

Zusei tickets are not necessarily priced in dollars; they are priced in Zusei Points (ZP). This completely changes the psychology of the purchase.

When you price a ticket at 500 ZP, you are asking the user to spend the social capital they have earned by exploring the city and supporting other Zusei Nodes.

  • Free RSVPs (0 ZP): If your goal is maximum volume and rapid data collection, set the price to 0. Users can instantly claim their cryptographic pass without spending a dime.

  • Paid Access: By assigning a ZP cost, you eliminate "flakers." In Web2, people RSVP to free events and never show up. On Zusei, if a user spends 1,000 ZP to secure a ticket, they have skin in the game. They will show up.

  • Escrow Feedback Loop: The ZP your attendees spend to buy the ticket goes directly into your Merchant Treasury. You can then use that newly acquired ZP to fund the check-in rewards for your next event, creating an infinite, self-sustaining marketing loop.

Step 3: Manual Curation

Some rooms are too delicate for open registration. If you are throwing an exclusive fashion launch or a private afterparty, you do not want just anyone with enough ZP to buy their way in.

Zusei offers a "Requires Approval" toggle for any ticket tier. When activated, the user experience changes drastically. When a Pioneer attempts to purchase the ticket, their ZP is not charged, and a pass is not issued. Instead, their status changes to PENDING.

As the Organizer, you receive a notification in your Vendor Portal. You can view the Pioneer's profile, check their physical footprint ledger (to see what other events they have attended), and view their linked social media accounts. You act as the digital bouncer. If they fit the vibe of your event, you click "Approve," the ZP is deducted from their wallet, and their cryptographic pass is generated. If they do not fit, you hit "Reject." Absolute control.

Step 4: Scarcity and the Automated Waitlist

FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) is driven by genuine scarcity. When you set a strict Capacity limit on a ticket tier (e.g., exactly 100 tickets), the Zusei engine acts as a ruthless enforcer.

The moment the 100th ticket is claimed, the tier automatically shifts state. The price is replaced with a flashing warning: WAITLIST FULL.

How the Waitlist Works: However, the door is never truly closed until the event starts. Users can still opt to join the Waitlist. If an approved attendee realizes they cannot make the event and cancels their ticket—or if you, as the Organizer, manually revoke an attendee's access for a rules violation—the Zusei engine immediately springs into action.

The system will automatically scan the Waitlist, select the Pioneer who has been waiting the longest, automatically process their ZP payment, and issue them the newly freed digital pass. This ensures your venue operates at absolute maximum capacity without you having to lift a finger or micromanage refunds.
